Return & Exchange Policy

 

All MACKIE dresses are hand-embroidered and made to order, which is why we can offer such a great assortment of colors.  All sales are final.  If you are not completely satisfied with your MACKIE dress, you can contact us via our CONTACT page within 20 days of your purchase in order to replace or exchange the dress.

 

The dress must be unworn and in new condition. Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  When returning your item for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
